I’m Hamad Saad, the founder and CEO of Decima Technologies. With over four years of hands-on IT experience, I build reliable, secure, and scalable technology solutions for businesses. My background spans network engineering, VoIP, AV collaboration systems, cybersecurity, and cloud, supporting companies using Cisco, Microsoft, Azure, and modern unified communications platforms.At Decima, my mission is simple: make technology effortless for the people who depend on it. I’ve worked in fast-paced enterprise environments—most recently at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission; where I’ve managed VoIP/AV systems, built conference solutions, troubleshot high-impact issues, and supported hybrid infrastructures using Azure, VMware, Cisco, UniFi, and Microsoft 365.
